Ms Sidey brings a wealth of experience and expertise in property law, having advised on a broad range of complex property transactions spanning all aspects of transactional real estate, including financing, corporate real estate acquisitions and disposals and leasing matters.

She joins from private practice, where she held roles with national and international firms. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused legal advice and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

In her new role, she will form part of the senior team at Aberdeen Energy & Innovation Parks, working closely with the park management team and retained agents, Ryden and Knight Frank. She will play a central role in supporting and advising on the transactional activities of the business, including lettings, acquisitions and disposals.
