First homegrown solicitor qualifies at Ralph Sayer

Megan Kane

Napier University law graduate Megan Kane has become the first solicitor to train and qualify with legal firm Ralph Sayer.

The Edinburgh-based business has enjoyed consistent growth since launching four years ago, and brought in Miss Kane in 2024 as its first trainee solicitor as part of a strategic expansion strategy.

She has now accepted a permanent full-time role as a qualified solicitor at the firm.

“Megan has been an excellent addition to the team,” said Ivan Ralph, who has seen his employee headcount rise to over 40 from an initial team of six.

“She has consistently produced high quality work, has taken on a large case load and has fitted into the team seamlessly, both professionally and personally.

“We are delighted to have her on board in a full-time capacity and it’s an important appointment for us. Megan was our first trainee when she came in two years ago and I am delighted that she now becomes the first newly qualified Solicitor to join us since we started out in 2022.”
