Digby Brown Solicitors has retained the platinum accreditation from Investors in People (IiP) for the fourth time.

The award, which independently evaluates workplace culture every three years, was delivered after assessors found Digby Brown operated at an exceptional level while being “deeply values-driven, strategically mature and committed to its people”.

The personal injury firm first received Platinum in 2016 – the first UK law firm to achieve this – and since then has retained it in 2019, 2022 and now in 2025.

Fraser Oliver, Digby Brown chief executive, said: “We are committed to being the best at what we do - being a leading legal service provider, being an employer of choice which develops its people and gives back to communities - and everyone does this with the knowledge we are one team.”

In its final report, Investors in People stated: “Digby Brown LLP continues to operate at an exceptional Platinum level, reflecting an organisation that is deeply values-driven, strategically mature and committed to its people.

“The firm achieved an outstanding overall score, placing it well above the IiP average and the Legal Services sector average. This makes Digby Brown the top-performing firm in its sector.”

Wendy Quinn, HR director at Digby Brown, added: “We firmly believe that when you give a lot, you get a lot in return and it’s this core principle that continues to drive the firm and our people.”
