Digby Brown among ‘Best Places to Work’ in UK

Digby Brown has been recognised as one of the UK’s ‘Best Places to Work’ in The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2025’ list.

The firm is one of 115 organisations across the UK to be included in the ‘Big’ category (for businesses with between 250 -1,999 employees).

The firm’s engagement score was 15 per cent above the industry average and when combined with a flight risk of just two per cent compared to an industry average of 41 per cent – a metric indicating how many employees are likely to leave the business within the next nine months.

Wendy Quinn, HR director, said: “At Digby Brown we’re driven to be known as an employer of choice – an organisation that can attract and retain the best people based on the working environment we’ve created, the opportunities we afford people and the benefits we offer.

“‘Best Places to Work’ will allow the firm to gain recognition in this regard and, in turn, will allow us to continue to bring the best people on board and obtain stellar results for our clients.”

Fraser Oliver, chief executive, said: “I firmly believe that, for any business, people are by far your most important asset. Having a team who are engaged and enjoy the environment in which they work will in turn be reflected in everything we do.

“To be recognised as a ‘Best Place to Work’ in the UK is simply a confirmation of what we already knew. Across all our offices and departments our people have a sense of purpose, a belief in what we do and real tangible job satisfaction.”
