Caveat portal now live

The new caveat portal is now live in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court. Solicitors can now submit caveats via the portal.
Solicitors who pre-registered are being sent the link to sign up in small batches and are asked to ensure that they have the relevant filter ticked so that the caveats can be processed. Please note that commissary caveats are not included in phase one.
