Through the GPA, businesses facing major insurance disputes will be able to access leading local expertise alongside coordinated cross-border advice from member firms across 19 jurisdictions in the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and other key jurisdictions.

Part of one of Scotland’s largest disputes practices, Burness Paull’s policyholder team advises corporate Scotland on its insurance coverage disputes. The team acts on complex coverage issues and disputes across a broad range of sectors.
