Brandon Malone has been appointed as visiting professor at Strathclyde Law School with effect from January 2026.

He said: “A long time ago – I won’t say when, but it wasn’t this century – I completed a masters degree in construction law at the University of Strathclyde.

“Several years later, I returned to Strathclyde as a visiting lecturer on that same LLM course. It is fair to say that my time at Strathclyde laid the foundations of my career in construction law, and in turn, my career in international arbitration.

“I will be focussing on developing the arbitration and dispute resolution courses at the university.

“I am very much looking forward to continuing my work with Stuart Kelly. My thanks to Stuart, Adelyn Wilson, and the Law School for this great honour.”
