MacRoberts promotes James Keith and Lisa Maguire to partner

MacRoberts has promoted two new partners internally to further strengthen its banking and pensions teams.

James Keith started his legal career as a trainee with MacRoberts in 2003, and continued his career at the firm after qualifying in 2005.

He has vast experience of advising on all aspects of pensions law and employee ownership law to trustees, companies, public sector and third sector organisations. He is also a director of MacRoberts Trustees Limited, the firm’s independent trustee company.

Lisa Maguire has extensive experience acting for lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing transactional work with experience of complex transactions across a range of sectors, with particular focus on corporate banking and acquisition finance.
