The Opportunity

As a result of our continued growth and demand for our services, we are seeking to appoint a skilled Conveyancing Solicitors / Paralegals who will be based in our office in Dunfermline, handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.

At Your Conveyancer, we understand that 8.30am – 5:00pm doesn’t suit everyone, which is why we offer flexible working arrangements where possible and are open to discussing part-time or full-time options.

We are looking for:

• a qualified Solicitor or Paralegal with experience and a track record of success in Scottish conveyancing;
• a proven ability to manage a full caseload with confidence and efficiency;
• a client-focused approach, delivering high-quality service with strong communication skills;
• meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure when necessary to meet deadlines;
• a commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing positively to the overall business aims.

If you can:

• manage a full caseload of residential property purchases and sales, ensuring smooth transactions for clients;
• handle all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from missives to completion;
• provide expert legal advice and outstanding customer service to clients throughout their property journey;
• liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure efficient case progression; and
• ensure compliance with Scottish conveyancing laws and regulations.
