Solicitor (0-5 years' PQE) – Dispute Resolution

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a litigation lawyer to join BTO’s highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.

The role will offer the successful candidate opportunities to develop their skills across a diverse range of commercial disputes in the Commercial Courts (both in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court), the regular courts, arbitrations and mediations. Candidates will be expected to take an active role in case preparation and management as well as engaging directly with clients, witnesses and other professionals.

A sound understanding of the litigation process will be beneficial for this role. Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to work adaptably as part of a team are essential.
