Senior Solicitor/Associate

Gillespie Macandrew has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Solicitor or Associate to join our established Residential Property team in Morningside, Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will manage the residential conveyancing process from start to finish for clients and will be able to manage their own case load. They will have a sound understanding of all conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of titles, remortgages, and discharges.
This role requires a highly motivated, collaborative and commercially minded team player with excellent technical skills and a strong client focussed approach. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and have a commitment to providing an excellent level of client service, demonstrating a strong positive, proactive attitude. They will contribute to the financial success of the team and the firm by meeting agreed targets and contributing to business development and marketing strategies.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, but all applications will be considered. This is a full-time position however consideration will also be given to part time and flexible working.
