Senior Solicitor / Associate

TC Young are looking to strengthen their Commercial Conveyancing Department with at least one Senior Solicitor / Associate.

Role

This is a full-time role in our Property Team for an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor / Associate, with flexibility for some remote working. The individual will enjoy an interesting and varied mix of legal work, working in a small team with significant client contact and autonomy.  Legal matters will include: development site acquisitions, commercial leasing, drafting Deeds of Conditions, asset transfers, property disposals, contract and security work

What we are looking for

  • 5 years’ Commercial Conveyancing experience
  • Excellent communication skills – written & oral;
  • Ability to prioritise and manage case load effectively
  • Strong business awareness of deadlines and working under pressure
  • Individuals who understand the need to balance initiative with appropriate supervision
  • Reliable individuals with excellent attention to detail
  • A willingness to supervise junior members of staff including trainee solicitors
  • An ambitious solicitor who is keen to use their skills to match the needs of our clients and grow areas of work within the department.
