Using your expertise and analytical reasoning, you will provide sophisticated and tailored legal advice and assistance through the Private Client processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong Private Client background with the ability to work well both in a team and independently. Role Objectives
• Provide timely and sound legal advice on a range of Private Client matters
• Manage a varied caseload effectively
• Remain up to date about the latest developments in the field including CPD requirements
• Recognise and support the firms’ strategic objectives
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and manage legal documentation
• Conduct legal research and investigate the facts of each case
• Liaise with clients and relevant parties
• To keep fully up-to-date with the relevant areas of law and practice.
• Researching and analysing information, including statements, legal documents and local authority reports, as relevant to the matter in hand;
