Our Private Client team is expanding across Scotland, presenting exciting new opportunities for Newly Qualified Solicitors to join us in our Edinburgh, Dundee, and Fife offices. Wills, Executries & Powers of Attorney
Asset Protection & Succession Planning
Inheritance Tax Planning
The creation and administration of Private and Charitable Trusts
Advising clients on estate planning strategies
Conducting legal research and analysis
Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service

What we’re looking for

Some private client experience gained during your Traineeship or post qualified
Willing to work towards STEP accreditation in the longer term
A passion for Private Client law and working with people
Ambition: there are genuine opportunities for career progression and development, and you will be fully supported by our team in career mentoring and training programmes
An interest in business development
Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and exceeding client expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
The desire to contribute to the firm’s reputation in Scotland and further afield.
