NQ+ Associate (Property Damage)
Kennedys is looking to recruit an NQ+ Associate to join our well-established Property Damage team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a market-leading insurance practice handling high-quality, complex work for a global client base.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of property damage matters, including:
• Coverage and liability disputes arising from major losses
• Subrogated recoveries
• Commercial and domestic property claims
• Instructing and liaising with experts, counsel, insurers and insureds
• Early responsibility, exposure to significant claims, and the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior associates.
About You
• Qualified Solicitor
• Experience of insurance litigation and/or property damage work (either pre- or post-qualification)
• Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
