Non-contentious Construction Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE)

We are looking for a non-contentious Construction Solicitor to join our team, a diverse practice that is a trusted adviser to the public sector, developers, contractors, consultants, funders and end users of a full range of projects. These include renewable energy, infrastructure, commercial real estate (offices, retail, hotel and mixed-use developments) and residential projects.

Your role

Our Construction practice provides legal services for all stages of construction projects, from advising on procurement processes, contract preparation and negotiation to providing strategic guidance during delivery. We prepare contract packages for employer and developer clients, negotiate terms of contracts and appointments for contractors and consultants, and review and negotiate warranty packages for end users and their funders working closely with other teams in the firm.

You should be able to demonstrate technical drafting capability, communication skills to deal directly with a wide variety of client enquiries, and the ability to manage your workload to meet client expectations.

Previous construction law experience is not required but the successful candidate will require to be committed to the development of specialist skills in construction law.
