Employment Lawyer (2+ years PQE)

Our highly regarded Employment and Immigration team offers the ideal role for an ambitious individual who is keen to make the next step in their career. Offering a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, across a broad client base and range of work, this role provides strong exposure to complex and high-profile employment law matters, along with excellent opportunities to develop advocacy skills, in a collegiate environment, led by accredited specialists.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• 2 years plus PQE with experience in contentious work
• Advocacy experience preferred; aptitude for more is ideal
• Personable and client-focused, with excellent communication skills
• Commercially astute, able to balance competing demands and deadlines
• A genuine team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive team culture
