We have an opportunity for a Company and Commercial Associate to join our team.

Commercial areas of work handled by Ennova:

• Investment sales and purchases
• Renewable Energy
• Development land and rural property
• Commercial leasing for landlord and tenant;
• Insolvency disposals and bank security work
• Corporate acquisitions and disposals
• Company law
• Business sales and purchases

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent technical knowledge on all aspects of your practice area
• Experience of general Commercial work as above
• Have at least 4 years PQE and be able to handle a wide range of commercial property matters

Key skills and experience:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to deal with competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Shows understanding of client’s needs, and tailors’ advice appropriately
• Takes personal pride in their work and responsibilities
• Works effectively with other team members
• Has strong IT skills
