We are recruiting for lawyers to join one of Scotland’s leading Commercial Real Estate teams, based in our Glasgow office. We operate in all the key sectors in the Scottish economy.  We are well known for our work across commercial and residential development, and in the investment, retail, healthcare, hospitality, leisure and industrial sectors. We are growing the team to meet client demand and market opportunities.

Our busy team deals with commercial property purchases and sales, leases and lease management work, corporate support, investment, development, portfolio management, telecoms and funding; offering a great opportunity for a responsive and driven lawyer who will be given direct client contact, business development opportunities and support to make the most of their talent.

Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, (5 years PQE +)

The role is suitable for applicants at senior solicitor / associate level with at least five years’ commercial property experience but other candidates will be considered, based on experience and merit.

Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, (8 years PQE +)

The role is suitable for applicants with experience working in real estate development, site assembly, strategic land purchases and sales with clawback & overage agreements. Candidates with over 8 years real estate experience are preferred but other candidates will be considered, based on experience and merit.
