Castlemilk Law Centre is seeking a dynamic and committed Chief Executive Officer to lead our small but dedicated legal and administrative team. As a community-controlled legal resource, we use the law to tackle poverty and disadvantage, representing clients across a wide range of court and tribunal cases.

Reporting directly to the Board of Management, you will oversee the effective operation of the Law Centre as both a legal practice and charitable organisation. Key responsibilities include managing staff and casework, ensuring compliance and financial sustainability, leading fundraising efforts, and strengthening partnerships across the voluntary and statutory sectors.

We are looking for an experienced leader—preferably a qualified solicitor—who demonstrates strong management, budgeting, and fundraising capabilities, with a clear commitment to social justice and access to justice work. Experience of the third/charity sector and financial oversight is essential, alongside an ability to inspire and support a small but highly motivated team.
