Our 2024 Scottish Residential Property Forums provide an excellent platform for discussing recent case law, legislation and challenges encountered during residential property transactions. Renowned property expert Ian Quayle will be back to lead the discussion and will start by looking at some of the queries raised by you as well as other recent issues.

The purpose of the Forum is to provide you with the opportunity to exchange problems, solutions and ideas with fellow legal professionals!
