In this virtual classroom, we will look at what can go wrong with your preparation for the registration of both unregistered and registered plots.

We will explore the registration process itself, what further steps may be needed to ensure that the resulting title sheet is fit for purpose and what you must do to correct an existing title sheet to protect your client in any future sales. After this course, attendees will be confident that they can deal with any pre and post registration problems effectively and will have gained an in depth understanding of the registration process.
