The new Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2025 is bringing about a plethora of reforms to agricultural law. This webinar will highlight the coming changes and what they will mean for practitioners, with particular reference to leasing, tenancies and compensation on agricultural land.

Special consideration of provisions such as retrospective changes and resumption notices will be analysed so you will be equipped to advise landlords and tenants on their current leases and changes that will be needed with the new legislation.
