A lecture on human rights delivered by London-based academic Professor Philippe Sands QC in Edinburgh has been uploaded to YouTube.
Professor Sands, of University College London, gave the 2018 Ruth Adler Memorial Lecture on ‘East-West Street and the Making of Modern Human Rights’.
His lecture was followed by a response from Lord Advocate James Wolffe QC.
The annual Ruth Adler Memorial Lecture is a lecture series inaugurated in 2008 at Edinburgh Law School in memory of lecturer and activist in human rights Ruth Adler.
