Trust law specialist Dale Ross receives Law Society accreditation

Dale Ross

Blackadders’ partner Dale Ross has been accredited as a trust law specialist by the Law Society of Scotland.

He becomes one of only 10 lawyers in Scotland to achieve this status and makes Blackadders one of only two firms in the country with two accredited specialists in trust law with Mr Ross and fellow partner Karen Phillips.

Laura McDowall, head of private client at Blackadders, said: “This accreditation is testament to Dale’s dedication and expertise in Trust Law. We’re so proud his work has been recognised in this way. It reinforces our commitment to providing our clients with the highest standard of specialist legal advice, particularly in complex matters involving trusts and succession planning.”

Mr Ross said: “I am delighted to have been awarded this specialist status by the Law Society of Scotland. Trusts can be a complex area of law and I hope this accreditation provides my clients with further confidence in our team’s ability to offer clear, expert guidance on matters ranging from trust creation to administration.”
