The appointments reinforce TLT’s ongoing investment in Scotland and further strengthen the firm’s capabilities across corporate transactions, regulatory investigations, disputes and technology-related matters.

Mr Howie brings significant experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, investments, restructurings and general corporate matters. He joins from Dickson Minto, where he was a senior member of the firm’s corporate team, leading complex transactions for corporate, private equity and founder-led clients.

Mr Gray joins TLT’s Financial Services Regulatory team from White & Case. A regulatory and disputes lawyer with more than eight years’ experience advising global technology companies and multinational clients on high-profile and sensitive matters, he has supported on complex investigations, enforcement matters and litigation.
