Thorntons welcomes Morgan Smith to Dundee team

Ms Smith advises both individual and business clients on a wide range of general corporate matters including: commercial contracts, corporate structures, business acquisitions and sales, shareholders and partnership agreements.

She obtained an LLB from Robert Gordon University in 2013 and returned to do her Diploma at the University of Aberdeen in 2015 after two years out working in the legal department of a major operator in the oil and gas industry.

Ms Smith said: “I’m delighted to be joining the corporate law team at Thorntons’ Dundee office as I’m from the local area and have always been aware of the firm’s excellent reputation here and across Scotland.

“As a newly qualified solicitor in this team I’ll advise both individuals and businesses on a range of corporate matters such as commercial contracts, business acquisitions and sales, shareholders and partnership agreements. I’m excited about the variety of work and to be working alongside, and learning from, the experienced team here.”
