TC Young invests in Edinburgh growth with move to Castle Terrace office
TC Young has relocated its Edinburgh office to a new, modern workspace at 2 Castle Terrace.
The move sees more than 30 members of staff relocate from the firm’s long-standing George Street office to a vibrant, contemporary workplace designed to support collaboration, innovation and the continued expansion of the Edinburgh team.
Located in the heart of the city, the new office provides an improved environment for both colleagues and clients, with modern meeting spaces, enhanced facilities and room to accommodate future growth.
The relocation reflects TC Young’s ongoing investment in its people and its commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience while creating a workplace that supports flexible and collaborative ways of working.
Andrew Cowan, managing partner, said: “We are delighted to be opening the doors to our new Edinburgh office. This move is about investing in our people, creating a fantastic environment for collaboration, and ensuring we continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
“As our Edinburgh team continues to grow, Castle Terrace gives us the space and flexibility to support that growth for many years to come. It’s an exciting step forward for our Edinburgh office and for the firm as a whole.”
TC Young was advised on the acquisition of its new Edinburgh office by commercial property consultancy Dobson Scotland. Reflecting on the transaction, Keith Dobson, managing director of Dobson Scotland, said: “The benefit of a clear and concise client brief allowed Dobson Scotland to identify on and off market, open plan opportunities with the fully fitted office space secured on attractive market terms to facilitate TC Young’s relocation in Edinburgh.”
