SYLA to host AGM next month

At the AGM the president will report on the year’s activities and the treasurer will present accounts. Any amendments to the constitution will also be moved and voted on.

There will then be the election of committee members for 2017/18.

The work of the SYLA is varied, it needs people competent in organising events, PR and media, design, advertising and IT and communications.

The following positions are available: president, vice president, treasurer and secretary as well as seven non-executive committee positions. In line with the constitution of the SYLA, only current committee members who have served on the committee for at least 12 months may stand for president. All other positions are open to the membership.
