Mr Stewart is based in Shoosmiths’ Glasgow office, leading the Scottish planning and environmental practice for the firm.

With significant experience in both contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental matters, he will advise Shoosmiths’ blue-chip client base on a range of issues. This includes promoting sites through the development plan process, planning applications, planning agreements, compulsory purchase, energy consenting and environmental permitting.
