Solicitor to brave Three Peaks in aid of Huntington’s charity

Lucy Frazer of ClanChildlaw is attempting along with six others to complete the Three Peaks Challenge over the 8th and 9th July. The challenge consists of climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours.

She is completing this challenge to raise money for the Scottish Huntington’s Association, a charity who support families affected by Huntington’s Disease. Huntington’s disease is an inherited condition that damages certain nerve cells in the brain. This brain damage gets progressively worse over time and can affect movement, cognition (perception, awareness, thinking, judgement) and behaviour. It is a disease that affects every aspect of the sufferer’s life as well as their family and friends.

The team are completing the challenge in memory of Lucy’s mum Hilary Eggo who passed away in January and her two sisters Valerie Eggo and Sandra Pearson. Any donations small or large are greatly appreciated.
