Shoosmiths announces eight promotions in Scotland

Shoosmiths has announced a total of eight promotions across its corporate, employment and litigation teams in Scotland, effective from 1 April.
Kimberley Goh, who joined Shoosmiths as a legal director in 2022 has been promoted to corporate partner. She has been rewarded for her consistently impressive track record, notably advising on complex national and international M&A transactions across a variety of sectors. This includes advising clients on effective equity investment arrangements into and exits from their investment portfolios in the Scottish and wider UK real estate sector.
Jenn Wright (employment) has been promoted to legal director while Grace Watson, Samantha Mackie (both employment) and Seonaid Sandham (litigation) have been promoted to principal associate (from senior associate), Sylwia Jakuczun and Julide Cevher (both corporate) have been promoted to senior associate (from associate) and Michael Moyles (litigation) has been promoted to senior manager (from manager). Struan McCulloch and Faye Saunders also recently joined the corporate team as associates.
