Sheriff Alastair Brown has presided over his final cases in Dundee ahead of his move to Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
A resident sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court for more than six years, he described his time in the city as both “challenging” and “rewarding”, The Courier reports.
Sheriff Jillian Martin-Brown has been promoted from summary sheriff to replace Sheriff Brown.
