Shepherd and Wedderburn reports turnover of £83.1m and awards firm-wide bonus

Shepherd and Wedderburn has reported turnover of £83.1 million for the year ended 30 April 2026 – an increase of over six per cent on the previous year. It is the firm’s ninth consecutive year of growth. 

Net profit improved by two per cent to £36.7m, building on the 20 per cent increase in the previous financial year.

In recognition of the firm’s strong performance, a bonus of four per cent of annual salary will be paid to all employees, alongside discretionary individual performance bonuses, reflecting the firm’s commitment to sharing success with its people.

Andy Hall, the firm’s new managing partner, said: “This sustained performance reflects the strength of our client relationships, the quality of our work, the commitment of our people, and our continued focus on delivering high-quality service and value for clients across our core sectors.”

He added: “Our sector-led approach brings together deep expertise and collaborative teams who are fully aligned with our clients’ ambitions, enabling us to support them on complex and strategically important projects.
