The Criminal Law Masterclass, on Saturday 23 January 2016, will feature Scotland’s top criminal law talent. Donald Findlay QC will discuss science and expert evidence, Alex Prentice QC will look at pre-trial evidence in the internet age, Frances McMenamin QC will discuss sexual offences while Ian Duguid QC will assess the double jeopardy rules. John Keenan will survey the latest developments of the Moorov doctrine.
The Personal Injury Masterclass, on Monday 25 January, 2016 will feature a formidable panel including Colin Macaulay QC, who will look at consent in clinical negligence in the wake of Montgomery, and Robert Milligan QC, who will talk about secondary victims claims. Geoff Clarke QC will look at prosthetics and damages.
