Andrew Masraf
Pinsent Masons is expanding its European footprint into Poland, announcing plans to open in Warsaw in mid-2026.
The office will strengthen the firm’s pan-European offering and establish its presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
The founding team will be comprised of six partners who collectively bring top-tier expertise across real estate, corporate/M&A, banking & finance and construction.
The Warsaw office will be led by Bartek Kordeczka and Jakub Marcinkowski.
Andrew Masraf, senior partner at Pinsent Masons, said: “Further scaling up our capabilities in Europe in order to meet the evolving needs of our clients remains a strategic objective for us. Poland, as one of Europe’s most resilient and dynamic economies, adds a valuable component to our pan-European offering. It is a key market for a number of our clients, particularly those in Western Europe, and remains an important investment destination in Central and Eastern Europe.”
