New senior solicitor for Lindsays’ dispute resolution team

Lindsays has welcomed Jennifer Love to its dispute resolution and litigation team in Edinburgh as a senior solicitor.Ms Love’s experience in commercial litigation includes debt recovery, insolvency, sequestrations, director’s duties and contractual disputes.She regularly appears in sheriff courts across Scotland and her advocacy skills cover a range of hearings, both procedural and substantive.
