Ness Gallagher Solicitors raises £6,290 for St Andrew’s Hospice

Ness Gallagher Solicitors has raised £6,290 for St Andrew’s Hospice during this year’s Make a Will Month campaign – tripling the amount raised last year.
Throughout the month of March, the team at Ness Gallagher, based in Wishaw, offered clients the opportunity to create a basic will in exchange for a voluntary donation to the hospice, rather than charging a standard legal fee. The initiative, which Ness Gallagher has participated in for the past 12 years, supports the hospice’s mission to provide specialist palliative care to people in Lanarkshire living with life-limiting illnesses.
Louise Gillies, director at Ness Gallagher, said: “We are delighted to have raised this incredible amount for St Andrew’s Hospice, a charity that plays a vital role in our local community. Taking part in Make a Will Month is something we look forward to every year. Not only does it support an exceptional cause, but it also raises awareness about the importance of having a professionally drafted will in place to protect your loved ones. We’d like to thank all our clients who took part and donated so generously.”
Angela McParland, community & events fundraiser at St Andrew’s Hospice, said: “Thank you to everyone at Ness Gallagher Solicitors in Wishaw for your donation from Make a Will Month. It will allow us to continue to provide the necessary palliative care for our patients and support their families during their difficult journey. We are forever grateful for your continued support.”
