Joanne Cruickshank

Joanne Cruickshank has joined Morton Fraser as legal director in its residential property team.

Ms Cruickshank (pictured) brings 26 years’ experience and strong credentials in property law to the team of nine. She joins Morton Fraser having previously been a partner at Pagan Osborne, Aberdein Considine and Raeburn Christie Clarke and Wallace.

Chris Harte, chief executive of Morton Fraser said: “Joanne has a great track record and her appointment, in the newly created legal director role, was a natural choice.

“It will allow us to build on the achievements of the residential property team which has established itself as one of the best in Scotland.

“As an independent firm, we pride ourselves on providing clear advice to our clients and employing the very best talent. I welcome Joanne to the team and am confident she will support Denise in driving the success of the team further still.”

Ms Cruickshank is the first to take on the role of legal director at Morton Fraser, which the firm has introduced to drive commercial success and enhance the career opportunities for its people.
