Morton Fraser has been successfully reappointed by the Curtis Banks Group, one of the UK’s largest independent SIPP and SSAS providers, following a competitive tender.

The firm has been appointed to Curtis Banks’ panel of solicitors to advise on its clients’ commercial real estate matters in Scotland. This includes the purchase, sale and management of the commercial properties held under its SIPP structures in Scotland.

Fergus McDiarmid, partner in the real estate team at Morton Fraser, said: “The Scottish property market remains buoyant for SIPP and SSAS activity, and we’re looking forward to continuing our relationship with Curtis Banks, one of the UK’s leading providers and administrators of these structures.

“Being reappointed by the largest independent SIPP and SSAS provider in the UK will continue to draw on our team’s range of expertise, supporting Curtis Banks with any advice required in order to use pensions to buy, manage and sell commercial property.”
