Morisons appoints McClure Naismith five

Morisons Solicitors has appointed a new five-strong dispute team, who were formerly with McClure Naismith which ceased trading at the end of last month.

Ewen Brown joins as head of disputes, along with associates, Alan McCormack, Carol Boyd and David Forrester, and recently qualified assistant, David McAlpine.

The highly skilled team bring a wealth of talent and experience in the commercial and property litigation sector.

Mr Forrester will work closely with Morisons’ asset recovery team representing secured lenders.

The team will operate from both the firm’s Glasgow and Edinburgh offices with immediate effect.
