Millar & Bryce parent company Landmark Information Group acquires Optimus

Landmark Information Group, parent company of Millar & Bryce, has announced the acquisition of Aventria’s conveyancing panel management business which has been renamed Optimus.

Optimus has an excellent reputation for making property transactions smoother and faster by providing UK mortgage brokers, introducers and estate agents with access to a select panel of quality and service-driven conveyancing partners. Using the latest technology it provides transparency and fairness for all parties in a property transaction.

The new Optimus business unit will remain in Bristol, with Alan Young (Aventria’s chief commercial officer) as managing director. Mr Young is well known in the intermediary market having previously held senior roles at ULS Technology and John Charcol. The acquisition does not include Aventria’s asset management business.
