The award recognises Martin’s leadership in shaping the firm’s approach to diversity and inclusion, setting best practice across the wider community.

The Inclusive Leader of the Year award, part of the annual Onvero Inclusivity Excellence Awards, selects a senior leader who is shaping a culture of belonging, equity and respect to drive meaningful change across the organisation and inspiring others to lead inclusively.
