At CLT Scotland’s Family Conference taking place at Murrayfield Stadium on Monday 27 October, Marika Franceschi will discuss a number of decisions taken in the courts this year concerning the departure from equal sharing and will consider whether there any trends emerging or if is it as difficult to predict as ever.
The conference will also cover topics including: ‘grey divorce’ financial strategies; choosing the ‘right’ jurisdiction; relocation/abduction within the UK; handling difficult clients and employment law issues in divorce.
