Lord Hodge to speak at WS Society dinner

Lord Hodge
Lord Hodge, Deputy President of the Supreme Court, will be the WS Society’s guest speaker at its annual dinner when he will be admitted as a fellow of the society, marking the occasion of his retirement from the Supreme Court at the end of this year.
After a distinguished career at the bar, Lord Hodge was appointed a senator of the College of Justice in 2005, and succeeded Lord Hope of Craighead on the Supreme Court in 2013.
He was appointed deputy president of the court on 20 January 2020.
