Law At Work has appointed Sarah Liversidge to the new role of health and safety manager in its Aberdeen office.

Ms Liversidge previously spent eight years as HM inspector of health and safety with the Health and Safety Executive.

In total, LAW witnessed a 40 per cent rise in health and safety work across the business over the past year. This was due to a number of new client wins, including Duncan and Todd, the eyecare and hearing care specialist and Glasgow Distillery, to add to existing contracts including the Aberdeen-based Chester Hotel.

Ms Liversidge said: “The emphasis Law At Work places on providing the highest quality health and safety advice was an obvious draw to the position.

“I look forward to working with the company’s vast range of clients and using my knowledge and expertise within the sector to continually go above and beyond our customers.”

Douglas Cameron, head of safety support services at LAW, added: “I am very pleased to welcome Sarah to the Law At Work team.

“She brings an impressive track record and wealth of experience within the Health & Safety sector to her new role, which I’m sure will have a positive impact on current and future clients. We are experiencing concerted growth in this area of the business, particularly across the North East, and Sarah’s appointment puts us in a great position for further expansion.”
