Lauren Brown

Ms Brown qualified as a conveyancing paralegal in 2023 and brings over 15 years’ experience in residential property work, with a particular focus on high‑volume remortgage transactions.

Prior to joining Holmes Mackillop, she spent extensive time at a Glasgow-based firm acting for lenders, developing a comprehensive understanding of lender requirements, title issues, and fast-paced transaction management.

Having more recently gained further experience at another Glasgow firm, broadening her knowledge across residential conveyancing matters before progressing to Holmes Mackillop, she combines practical expertise with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach.
