Kamal Panglea appointed as chief people officer at MFMac

Morton Fraser MacRoberts (MFMac) has appointed Kamal Panglea as its new chief people officer, further strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it continues to invest in its people strategy.

Mr Panglea joins MFMac with over 25 years’ experience in HR, having held senior positions across a number of jurisdictions. Most recently, he served as People Director for Audit & Assurance at Deloitte Middle East, based in Dubai, where he was responsible for twelve countries across the region, alongside additional responsibilities spanning EMEA.

Prior to this, he worked for the government of Saudi Arabia and spent 12 years at Lloyds Banking Group, based in Edinburgh and London. He holds a BA (Hons) and an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Leeds, as well as an MBA from the University of Warwick.
