Ms Fisher brings a wealth of experience to the Themis reparation team, having practised as a solicitor in private practice for 20 years prior to calling to the bar. Throughout her career, she worked with a number of firms specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence, latterly serving as a partner in a fast-growing insurance practice.

She has extensive experience across a wide range of personal injury matters, including road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, occupiers’ liability claims, and cases involving suspected fraud. She is regularly instructed in complex and high-value injury cases, including fatal claims, and has a particular interest in clinical negligence, having acted for a variety of private hospitals and healthcare providers.

In addition, Ms Fisher has significant experience in both pursuing and defending property damage claims, including those arising from fires, floods, and defective products. She has also advised on a broad spectrum of insurance-related issues and disputes.
