Mr Smart was previously a partner in another major commercial law firm, and he has worked in the commercial property sector for 21 years.

He brings with him a wide range of experience in commercial property work, both in the urban and rural economies. This includes development work involving business parks and industrial estates, commercial leasing and renewable energy projects.
